I take my car to Garber Honda for service because I know they always do a good job and their work is guaranteed.
Garber Honda is a great place to buy a car:) James was so helpful!
Both Jon and Michael were great, called me with every problem quickly so when I got to the dealership to bought the car i signed papers and drove off the lot with my new car in under 20 minutes(only because I asked questions). Very friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with every aspect of the sale. I would recommend Garber in a heartbeat to anyone looking to buy a used or new vehicle, Thanks guys!
The Service Advisors are very friendly, helpful and courteous. Josh Grant greeted me before I even got out of my car with a warm greeting and said to wait at his deak while he brought my vehicle to the service area. Josh is very helpful and answered all my questions. He is always very thorough and not pushy at trying to sell me something I don't need. Josh is the reason I bring my vehicle back to Garber for service. They are always friendly, caring and treat you like family. The sales staff and managers are amazing people as well. They are always friendly, courteous and helpful. That's why I purchase and service my vehicles at Garber Honda.
I am a customer who purchased my first vehicle from this location. James Russo was my salesman and he was very knowledgeable, kind and attentive. I wasn't sure as to exactly what I wanted but he catered to the needs I did want and found something perfect for me. The vehicle on delivery was immaculate and finalizing the sale was a breeze. I would highly recommend this dealership and suggest asking for James Russo, he was great!
Rob D'Ettore and Jon Black from start to finish were exceptional with the customer service provided - best car buying experience ever. All around first class!
Rob D'Ettore and Jon Black from start to finish were exceptional with the customer service provided - best car buying experience ever. All around first class! - would recommend Garber Pre-Owned Super Center to anyone looking for great customer service - you will leave there feeling like you were treated like family.
I recently began my search for a pre-owned car. I stopped in by Garber Pre-Owned Super Center and had the opportunity to work with Robert D'Ettore. The customer service I received from my arrival from Robert greeting me at the door, the staff was inviting and the process was stress-free. Garber has earned my business for life for their superb service. The business manager Jon Black was incredible - he went above and beyond. The type of service I received was priceless
What a great place to buy a vehicle. Robert Dettore was top notch no pressure and very easy to talk with. Ended up purchasing a 2015 Toyota Prius IV. Rob and Jon made sure our needs were met every step of the way. I would recommend this place to anyone.
I shop around a lot when buying a car, I go through NADA to see fair prices for trade ins and used cars. Short of it - I do my homework. Then go to several dealerships to see what is available, and how the dealers treat me. I do all this so I don't spend all my time at the dealer's table, getting reamed on my trade in, and having to haggle, argue, wheedle, and otherwise spend too much time for a deal that Neither of us will be happy about. I've walked out of dealerships mid sentence. I've shut down salespeople. I've called out sales managers who like to take their customers to the cleaners. Why am I saying all this? Simple. To let you, the reader, know that I am the nightmare customer. I am that customer that salespeople dread (and I know, I've been a salesman before). I write this to give you something to think about when dealing with dealerships, as well as to say what type of review this is. The dealership, when I drove there the first time, was quiet, and not a salesman was to be found. (It was snowing, but when you spend 15 minutes in the snow looking for a car that's listed and neither the car or a salesman is to be found, that's usually a very bad sign. Especially when you make eye contact with them through their windows and they still ignore you.) I went elsewhere. The next few places I either walked out of, or haggled and then walked out of, as they spent more time telling me why a car I moved halfway across America with was only worth a fraction of what NADA said it was worth, despite the ready buyers available. I kept searching. I narrowed my search, and found two cars I was interested in at Garber Honda, so I called to see if they were available, and to specify if one of them was an Auto/Manual, as the pictures put this into question. Gina Answered, all professional courtesy and no-pressure charm. From there, I went through the test drive, held my breath as she told me what they would trade for my car, not wanting (but very willing) to walk out the door if they couldn't/wouldn't be reasonable, found they are extremely reasonable, and all went swimmingly from there, except for some snags, which they did their best to address on the level and with honesty. I can genuinely say that, while the process has been a little more drawn out than normal, it's due to due diligence and care to get things right. I will say the experience has taught me two things. 1, don't let first impressions speak more than they should, and 2, always call.
