I as do most people hate shopping for new cars. Its not so much the car process as it is dealing with the various attitudes and methods of the salespeople. I was nearing the end of my process when i stopped by Garber and found a salesperson to be quite personable and not overbearing or anything. I drove the car and then left to finish my search and could only think about the vehicle and the next salesperson was to say the least crappy. I immediately called Roy and said to get mine ready and we did the deal. Virtually painless except for some issues with my rotten Insurance people
I had my vehicle serviced for a product recall plus oil and tire change. Garber had a loaner put aside for me to use while my car was being serviced.Service Staff was courteous and explained everything when my car was ready.Definitely will have Garber service my car again.
I'm always treated with respect when I bring my car in for maintenance to Garber. Some of the Service Dept staff has been there forever & call me by name. This trip I was in for Schedule A maintenance which is an oil change plus other options. I asked to add the tire rotation but Josh checked his computer & said that my tires were new & that rotation was not necessary yet. I appreciate the honesty, I know that they will not take advantage of me.
Henry at Garber was very helpful in finding me the best deal for the car I wanted. He accommodated my schedule throughout the purchase process. The environment at Garber was genuinely comfortable- everyone went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable with my purchase.
Recently went to Garber Honda and met with Andrew Stein. He showed me the new HRV's and explained all the features that were available on this vehicle. Also showed other vehicles available. He helped me to find the vehicle to fit my needs. I was very impressed by the attention that I was shown. This is my second experience with Garber and I got the HRV I wanted.
