A note of "Kudos" and thanks to 2 of your guys - Mark - service rep and Joe Lamanna - service mechanic.  They took extra time our of their morning on Wednesday to change headlamp bulbs in my 07 Pilot and completed the paperwork for a pending ticket because the headlight was out.  May seem minor but because I didn't know how to do it myself or have the time to learn - it was greatly appreciated.  Just wanted to convey a thank you for your their kindness and for the convenience.

Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE I recently bought a 2011 Honda CRV in the Garber Honda W. Henrietta store. I was greeted by a young sales woman named Annie. She was informative, honest, and very welcoming. After going to many other Honda dealers in the area, it was a breath of fresh air to meet a sales person with a genuine interest in finding me the right car at the right price. After sharing information, I decided to buy new instead of used. She pointed out facts I had not thought about leading me to the perfect car for my family. I will not only send friends to Garber, but tell them to ask for Annie. My buying experience also involved Patrick from Finance. He was the first finance guy at a dealership that didn't make my husband and I feel taken advantage of and pressured into 'extras.' He was extremely helpful in finding us the right loan at the right price. Both Annie and Patrick made me feel good about buying from Garber!

The only reason I keep coming back to Garber for my vehicles is because of the service department.  I can buy a Honda anywhere but I can't get the kind of service I do at Garber, anywhere else.  I want Garber to know they are the best!

Dear Mr. Parker,

I would like to thank you, Garber Automotive (Honda) and especially Elizabeth B. for a wonderful experience on Saturday, January 21, 2012.

This is my third Honda. Elizabeth helped me deal with the end of my lease on my CR-V. I thought I wanted another CR-V and your office even threw in the baggage rack at no cost.  Later that afternoon I realized I was out of my comfort zone due to some personal setbacks. After a tearful call to Elizabeth, she guided me to my new Honda Accord. Because of Elizabeth's fearlessness to ask, your office approved a lower car payment on my behalf.

Mr. Parker, I am so grateful to Elizabeth, you and Garber Automotive.  Never in my wildest dreams would I have ever imagined I would be in my current situation. I just need you to know that I feel safe and secure with Garber ~ and that feeling is worth a million dollars!
