Greeted on time for my appointment; mounting 4 new tires I purchased at another establishment. In the past I've had extensive leakage from the new tires I bought (adding air 2-3 times a week) until I had Garber remount all the tires - - no problems. So I came back to have new tires mounted to avoid the nonsense I went through in the past. They were a bit over the time estimate I was given; but I didn't mind if I left feeling safer with new tires (that is just how I felt). Always good service. Thanks Garber
I bought a new car at Garber a couple of weeks ago. The experience was extremely positive, but that's not what I want to talk about. I had a Facebook friend that had several bad experiences with her Honda dealership and reached out for a recommendation for another Honda dealerships. I suggested Garber. When I look at all the other recommendations from her Facebook friends, they were all Garber. ? To Garber. The word is out. I've also made a recommendation to a friend looking for a new car. The sales people, James Brodsky, was extremely knowledgeable and went out of his way to be helpful. He used his own time to insure that I had no problems with my other lease.
Thanks for fixing the back wiper. The people who replaced the glass couldn't get the nut off to replace the wiper and you all did that quickly and efficiently. And thanks for taking my key off the ring and putting it back on. I have some arthritis in my hands and I appreciate having someone do that rather than having to find a tool that will make this work for me. Good job.
